Jogi Trailer Out: The trailer of Netflix Original film ‘Jogi’, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, has been launched. The story of the film is based on the 1984 riots. The film stars Diljit Dosanjh, Zeeshan Ayub and Hiten Tejwani. Diljit is playing the title role of Jogi in the film. The story of the film is about three friends who fight for survival during the riots. It shows a story of hope and courage. Beginning of the Trailer At the beginning of the trailer, Jogi has breakfast with his family. Everyone is happy and suddenly there is a feeling of peace with the arrival of the storm.

After this, there are sounds of gunfire in Jogi’s neighborhood. Then the violent crowd is seen. Houses are on fire all around. Jogi along with his family and other Sikhs tries to leave Delhi and go to Mohali in Punjab. Zeeshan Ayyub is seen in the role of a police officer. Hiten Tejwani is also in the role of friend of Diljit and Zeeshan and all three are trying to save the people.

Diljit took off his turban in the film

It is shown in the trailer that Jogi takes off his turban and gets his hair cut to save his life and that of others. To do this scene, Diljit took off his turban in real. He is seen without a turban for the first time in a film. The film will stream on Netflix on 16 September.

Diljit Dosanjh has written ‘Mitar Pyare Nu Hal Muridaan Da Kehna’ while launching the trailer of the film. He has also tagged it to other cast and directors of the film. Diljit said about the film that ‘Jogi’ is a very special film for him because he is presenting a very important story from the pages of history in front of the people.
